Our prices are all inclusive meaning that the entirity of the design process and required furnishings are covered in the above listed prices. Depending on the costs of certain furnishings as well as the complexity of the requested build, please note that your price may increase.Please note that any cash shop items or untradable furnishings will need to be provided by the homeowner. For exterior requests, foundational walls and structures are not included in the above prices and will need to be provided by the homeowner.
